UBTV's winning entry for 'Music' in the 2016 NaSTA Awards. This is the abridged version of Alastair Shuttleworth's four-part documentary series on Bristol DIY record label 'Howling Owl', their nurturing of a vibrant new underground music scene in Bristol, and the vibrant community of artists, musicians and makers supporting it. Features interviews with label-founders Joe Hatt and Adrian Dutt, as well as live showcases and interviews featuring four of their signings: psych/garage trio Taos Humm, electronic-folk artist Oliver Wilde, improvised electro-dub duo Giant Swan, and experimental rock band 'The Naturals'.
