This class, hosted by Chef Jeff Rotz, satisfies the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR)'s Food Manager Requirements and Florida's Department of Agriculture with passing the requirements of the exam. This is a class for future food truck and business owners opening a restaurant or starting a food truck. In this class you will learn: The Importance of Food Safety Good Personal Hygiene Time and Temperature Control Preventing Cross-Contamination Cleaning and Sanitizing Safe Food Preparation Receiving and Storing Food Methods of Thawing, Cooking, Cooling and Reheating Food HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) Food Safety Regulations If you need to renew your ServSafe certification, an exam-only portion is also available.
